TERms and conditions of purchase
A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your place on the tour.Full payment must be received no later than 21 days prior to departure.Bookings are only confirmed once the non-refundable deposit has been received and acknowledged.Cancellations made after deposit payment will forfeit the deposit; full details of refund policies for any additional payments will be provided in your booking confirmation.Any optional upgrades, add-ons, or bespoke arrangements will be charged in addition to the tour price and invoiced separately.Direct Design reserves the right to amend itineraries in the event of unforeseen circumstances, with alternative arrangements offered where possible.Travel insurance is strongly recommended and is the responsibility of the client.
